The Quarter Phase II is a five-story, 75,250 SF mixed-use complex located on the corner of Detroit Ave., and W. 28 St. Features include 79 apartment units, Juliet balconies, a fitness center, a local art gallery, interior parking, commercial and retail spaces. A majority of the building is clad in ironspot brick and metal panel.
The project included the renovation and restoration of the existing historic structure. A new structural roof system was designed to support the new
rooftop deck for current residents and new residents, with views of the lake and the city. New windows and storefronts were installed with updated mechanical systems to reduce the building’s energy efficiency.
