Located between the campuses of Cleveland Institute of Music and Case Western Reserve University, 1609 Hazel was developed on an existing 1.4 acre parking lot. B&H designed the structure of a new state-of-the-art 103,000 SF residential mixed-use building, which consists of 64 units and 249 beds, each unit is fully furnished. The project also includes 19 individual and 3 chamber music-sized practice rooms.
