B&H served as the structural engineer of record on the design of a vertical one level expansion to accommodate 300 additional car parking spaces over the existing surface parking lot serving the Fairview Hospital and Bed Tower facility. The garage expansion framing comprised of post-tensioned, cast in place concrete slab supported on concrete beams and columns, that bear on deep foundations (drilled pier/caissons).
