Grand Vue Park is located in West Virginia’s northern pan handle. It provide a variety of outdoor activities, most providing wonderful views of the local mountains and the Ohio River. Each villa consists of wood-framed structure supported by a steel and concrete structure below. The foundations include short caissons drilled into the rock hillside. The galvanized steel structure includes rod x-bracing as well at sloping V-columns which lifts the villa from the steep hillside below.
