The project consist of nine, three to four story wood buildings with retail on the ground floor and residential apartments above. The buildings total approximately 380,000 SF, and are built adjacent to Cleveland State University. B&H performed a structural peer review and performed site observations to ensure the framing was built per the project documents. Daily field reports were issued indicating areas of non-compliance and suggested repair procedures for the engineer of record’s approval.
