B&H is retained as a structural consultant (Prime Professional). The project initiated (in 2014) with a garage evaluation and testing program for the 11-story cast-in-place concrete garage. Between 2014 and 2018, various emergency and life-safety concrete repairs were completed throughout the garage, include a full height column replacement. In 2019, a supplemental assessment was completed along with a phased concrete repair program for the entire garage. The project appears it will be completed within anticipated schedule.
