The Friendship Village of South Hills is continuing to develop a 69.28 acre site in Upper St. Clair Township. Current development on the site includes a 275 unit independent living building with central common spaces, administration, and dining areas. In addition, there are 20 cottage homes and an 89 bed skilled nursing facility attached to the independent living building. The new three-story 93,000 SF assisted living residence and senior living facility is comprised of 82 units (32 beds of memory care), a basement kitchen, common spaces, administration offices, dining areas, and two enclosed courtyards.
