The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center is a leader in central Ohio for medical research and healthcare. The new 385,000 SF, eight-story, steel framed facility is a cancer-focused facility and includes central Ohio’s first Proton Treatment Facility in partnership with Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
The Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County
2023 AIA Cleveland Merit Award Winner for Additions, Renovations and Restorations, The Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County opened in 1910. The historic building underwent extensive remodeling in 1954, followed by a major renovation and expansion in 1996. The project involved renovating the multi-floor building.
Lycoming College is a private liberal arts college providing quality education in northeastern Pennsylvania since 1812. It is one of the County’s fifty oldest colleges and has an enrollment of over 1,200 students. The project has expanded the College’s acclaimed music curriculum.
Located on historic Euclid Avenue, Foundry Lofts includes 1,950 SF of commercial space facing Euclid Avenue and five structures with 242 spacious units including studios, one-and-two bedroom apartments, a commercial store front for the community and a new street near the heart of midtown Cleveland, Ohio.
UH Ahuja Medical Center – Drusinsky Sports Medicine Institute
The Ahuja Medical Center opened in 2011. Due to its ongoing success, the facility has been expanded to include the three-story 78,000 SF sports medicine facility providing orthopedic care to a variety of athletes. The facility provides a holistic care from diagnosis (with an on-site CT and MR) to surgery as well as rehabilitation and performance training.
